And this one because it shows I’ve actually made some form of progress on the thing.

You got it? Sweet.
![]() 02/10/2016 at 09:39 |

Yeah you have to work the angles a little bit on the Ti, that being its best.. As someone who didn’t like the look until actually looking at the one I ended up buying the look really grows on you the more time you spend with it.
![]() 02/10/2016 at 09:40 |

Never looked better.

They’re outdated, but these are some of my favorites:
I now have charcoal Miata daisies (with an unpainted lip) and some RallyArmor mudflaps. It also sits a tiny bit lower, since the tires went from 185/65 to 185/60. Oh, and it has a period-correct Michigan tag on the front.

Yeah, I have to say I’m not in love with the looks from the back, but from the front that’s pretty nice.

dat patch tho

I don’t think I’ve ever seen one of those. Nice.

Ok SR20

I’ve never been too fond of the looks of those (mainly because of the grille), but that low-angle shot looks pretty nice.

You do look like you’re straight out of the 60's there :)

The grille needs to be gold too, I think.

Yeah, they only made about 5,000 a year for the entire production run. Thanks!

Also, is it just me, or does that look like a Freestar headlight from that angle?

Another rare ordinary vehicle, eh? Really cool. First year of my version of the truck (Colorado w/ V8) they only sold 13 in Canada. At least, so I’m told. But that was ‘09, mine’s ‘10, so who knows.

Oh I honestly hated them from the back for the longest time until I slowly started looking at them because they were significantly cheaper than a regular e36 coupe or sedan. After spending time with a few in person I fell in love with it. It’s just kinda...different. When I’m out of college and have some money to throw around I ultimately want to S52 swap it. It’s a full 500 pounds lighter than an e36 M3 so I think that could be pretty fun.

I like the second one. Nice

Snapped this one with my coworker the other day. Cars look surprisingly clean despite all the salt and road grime.

Thanks! I wish! Just a Z28. I thought about picking up an SS wing and hood when I repaint the car since they never made a Bright Green Metallic SS.

Great Truck! I've got a 2011 Canyon with the 5.3. I've got the ZQ8 which is a RWD factory lowered. I also see your in Ontario, same here. You don't see these truck much with the V8's.

My favorite picture of my Mustang so far is probably this one, from the day I brought it home:
This one with it looking a little more complete is good, too.
I also like that that one was taken at the end of January, in Rhode Island, and I was able to drive a Fox with drag radials when I should have been buried in snow.
![]() 02/10/2016 at 10:45 |

Dat green. What muffler(s) are you running btw?

You on Canada355 by any chance?
![]() 02/10/2016 at 10:49 |

Damn that’s a sexy beast. The truck... not so much. I never liked the “aero” S10 styling. The pink takes it to the right side of “I don’t give a shit what it looks like, screw you” though :)

I Took this picture on a camping trip in the fall. Some of the best roads I’ve ever driven. somewhere in NY. Sadly all I had was a cell phone so the quality isn’t great but I still like it.

Pretty good, and that’s coming from someone who actually thinks the Focus is pretty fugly in most cases.

Flappy wing = base.
![]() 02/10/2016 at 10:54 |

Yep, that's pretty much the defining nature of the truck. We bought it as a beater with a heater. And 4WD. I drive it once every other week or so, and of course when we need to haul something or feel like going to the drive-in movies.
![]() 02/10/2016 at 10:57 |
|
Too bad. How DO you tell the SRT if you can’t see the badges?
![]() 02/10/2016 at 10:58 |
|
If i’m totally honest I think the car can look great from some angles, and not so great from others. the back is one of its strong suits because of the way the hips look (to me). Despite what people think about the looks though, it drives awesome. I’m in love with that car.
![]() 02/10/2016 at 11:00 |
|
You like it, that’s all that matters. It’s a love or hate car on the looks anyway, so... opinions are like assholes etc

Back from when I used to date a photographer.
and because I like this view.

Nah, I’m just messing with Oppo.
I’m actually leaning used Mustang Ecoboost at the moment
![]() 02/10/2016 at 11:02 |

Yeah, the grille is very polarizing. I think it looks pretty awesome, personally.
Plus it allows more airflow than the standard LX grille, so I suppose that’s a benefit.
![]() 02/10/2016 at 11:09 |
|
I dig your truck by the way. In a few years I’ll def be buying a pick up, and those seem to be just the right size. Have you done any towing with it?
![]() 02/10/2016 at 11:09 |
|
:(
![]() 02/10/2016 at 11:16 |

Wheels are the easiest difference, but hard to tell if its moving. The front lip spoiler and fixed rear spoiler are the other give a ways.
![]() 02/10/2016 at 11:22 |
|
Thanks, I do too!!
I haven’t towed anything bigger than a woodsplitter. It’s supposed to be able to tow 6000lbs, about 500 more than the 5cyl. Tbh though, I’m not sure how much I’d want to tow with it—it’s pretty light (around 4100lbs) and would get pushed around pretty easy.
You want good info on that though, try
As far as size goes, try comparing it to other vehicles on
here
—it’s actually 2" narrower than a Golf.

I need a set of 10 hole wheels. And the 85-86 GT is really my favorite hatchback Fox, though I've become partial to four-eyes since owning mine. I'm trying to find a four eye convertible to go with my notch now.
![]() 02/10/2016 at 11:55 |

If I could afford a ‘16 Camaro SS, I’d buy it.
I could probably afford a turbo or v6, but it just makes more sense to get a used Ecoboost for the same money or less but with leather, heated sets, etc.

the top two are before the suspension conversion. (you can tell byu the black forks/black wheel)
![]() 02/10/2016 at 14:12 |

Thank you. At first I bought it because the price was too low to pass up, but the green won me over as soon as I saw it. They built 323 BGM Z28's in ‘98 which I thought was kind of cool.
The tail lights on the car are broken and I was actually thinking about picking up a set of 93-96 lights/harnesses. I really like the cleaner look of them. I had a set years ago and have no clue where they went.
![]() 02/10/2016 at 14:17 |

2 flowmasters....30 series I believe. I had a shop make the exhaust system from the headers back.

I think they would look your car better if that’s even possible! Especially with those C5Z wheels. Making me miss my Z :(
![]() 02/10/2016 at 14:24 |
|
Hey man they’re cheap these days. If you got $3,500-5k and search hard enough you can find one. If things stay on course for the year mine’s getting a tubular torque arm, some QA1 goodies, drag radials and some much needed rehabilitation inside and out. What kind did you have?
![]() 02/10/2016 at 14:25 |
|
Yeah I only spent 4k on my 94 Z. Bright red, 6 speed, hardtop. It needed a little too much work than I was willing to justify but I appreciated it for being my primary vehicle through college and getting me to my first job. I’ll just live vicariously through you until I can afford a CTS-V
